How do I activate my plan after paying? +
After payment — open the InsureIQ app on your phone and tap "I have paid — Restore Access" on the paywall screen. The app checks your payment automatically and activates your plan within seconds. If you're on this page from your phone, tap the green banner above to go directly to the app.
Is this a subscription? Will I be charged automatically? +
Basic (Rs. 349) is a one-time payment — no renewal, ever. Guardian and Pro are annual plans. We will remind you before renewal and you can cancel anytime by emailing hello@getinsureiq.in. We never charge without your knowledge.
Is my payment secure? +
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay — one of India's most trusted payment gateways. InsureIQ never sees or stores your card details. UPI, debit card, credit card, and net banking are all accepted.
My payment went through but the plan didn't activate. What do I do? +
Close and reopen the InsureIQ app. Log out and log back in with the same phone number. Then tap "I have paid — Restore Access." If the plan still hasn't activated — email hello@getinsureiq.in with your phone number and Razorpay payment ID. We activate manually within 4 hours.
Can I get a refund? +
Refunds are not provided once a report has been generated or a plan activated. If you were charged without receiving access — contact hello@getinsureiq.in within 48 hours with your Razorpay payment ID.
Is InsureIQ an insurance company or IRDAI registered advisor? +
No. InsureIQ is an educational and diagnostic tool. We are not an IRDAI registered advisor, insurance broker, or insurance company. We earn no commission from any insurer. Everything InsureIQ tells you is based only on your data — not on what we earn from selling you anything.
